Dependable speech-language pathology services with a focus on classroom collaboration and student progress

Flexible Speech-Language Support for Schools

Ms. B's Speech Therapy partners with school districts, charter schools, and private schools to provide flexible speech-language pathology support based on individual program needs. Services may include ongoing caseload coverage, evaluation support, SLPA supervision, documentation review, and short-term assistance with backlogs or staffing transitions.

In-person services are available in Tucson, Arizona, and surrounding areas. Remote services may be available in states where I am licensed and credentialed. Contact me to discuss current availability.

Core Services

Caseload Coverage & Service Delivery

Ongoing or temporary speech-language services for schools experiencing vacancies, leaves, staffing transitions, or other service-delivery needs.

 

Services may include:

  • Direct speech-language therapy

  • Caseload management

  • IEP development and participation

  • Progress monitoring and reporting

  • Family and staff collaboration

  • Compensatory service delivery

  • Support across multiple school sites

Evaluations and Backlog Support

Additional SLP capacity for schools managing evaluation backlogs, staffing shortages, or periods of increased assessment demand.

 

Services may include:

  • Initial evaluations

  • Triennial evaluations

  • Record and data review

  • Evaluation report preparation

  • IEP participation

  • Independent educational evaluations (in-person in Tucson, Arizona)

  • Screening services

SLPA Supervision

Supervision services for schools and districts that already employ or contract with an SLPA and need an appropriately licensed supervising SLP. SLPA staffing is not provided. SLP must be in place. Supervision services are subject to applicable state requirements.

Services may include:

  • Regular supervision and consultation

  • Review of student progress and service delivery

  • Documentation review

  • Treatment-planning support

  • Clinical problem-solving

  • Collaboration regarding caseload needs

Caseload & Documentation Review

Support for schools managing incomplete, inconsistent, or backlogged speech-language records. I can help identify outstanding needs, organize caseload information, and develop a practical plan for bringing speech-language documentation and services up to date. These services support speech-language program documentation and service delivery and do not constitute a legal or regulatory compliance audit.

 

Services may include:

  • Caseload and IEP record review

  • Identification of overdue or incomplete evaluations

  • Review of service records and potential service-delivery discrepancies

  • Progress-report and goal-data review

  • Identification of documentation requiring follow-up

  • Organization and prioritization of outstanding SLP responsibilities

  • Documentation remediation and completion, when appropriate

Services may be provided virtually, in person, or through a hybrid model depending on district needs, location, licensure requirements, and the scope of the project.
